Before purchasing, please read through all policies listed on our website. Policies will be strictly enforced. Pre-purchasing admission tickets is highly encouraged for all guests - members and non-members - due to capacity limitations and to promote cashless transactions.

How to Register

When you are ready to begin your purchase, follow the steps outlined below.

If you are a Discovery World Member, to receive your member discount and benefits, you must be registered as a user with our online system and signed in during your purchase. The Member discounts are applied after tickets are added to the cart. Please select from the Member titled ticket types listed below. If you need assistance registering or if you are not seeing your member discount, please contact the Membership Department before proceeding further.

2. Select an Available Time Slot
3. Select Ticket Type(s) and Quantity
4. Click Add to Cart

Ticket Policies

Your health and safety, along with the health and safety of all Discovery World members, guests, volunteers, and staff, is incredibly important. As such, we have taken enhanced health and safety measures. An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. By visiting Discovery World you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.

We are reopening in phases. During Phase 1, only the following exhibit areas will be open: Aquarium, Automation Everywhere, Great Lakes Future, Power On, Promenade Wave Tank. The remaining exhibit areas of Discovery World will be closed. 

All tickets are non-refundable and non-returnable. We are unable to issue exchanges or refunds after a purchase has been made. This is including but not limited to lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed tickets. Tickets will be emailed to you upon the completion of your order. All attendees will be required to present a printed or electronic copy of their ticket(s) to an admissions staff member to gain admission to the museum. 

A valid timed admission ticket that is purchased online shall become invalid upon the expiration of the timed slot and date stated on the ticket. Timed admission tickets purchased online may only be used for General Admission during the selected time slot on the day that was selected during checkout.

Resales of any timed admission ticket without prior and express authorization from Discovery World are strictly prohibited. Timed admission tickets cannot be transferred, refunded, or exchanged. For guests’ safety, children must be accompanied by a chaperone age 16 or older. 

Reduced-price timed admission tickets for Military, College Students, or Discovery World Members may be purchased online, but guests will be asked to provide the qualifying ID or membership card upon check-in. Reduced-price admission tickets for Access 414 and ASTC guests are not available online and must be purchased in-person at Discovery World.
